A wonderful rich & nutty flavor results from blending these two extraordinary cheeses along with extra virgin olive oil and, of course, garlic & select spices.
Stir in generously into pasta, stews, soups, mashed, scalloped or baked potatoes and more.
Mix with softened butter and slather on when grilling sweet corn.
We love this on a warm baguette, spoon over fresh sliced tomatoes for a wonderful treat. Use as an appetizer spread with crackers or add to your favorite salad dressing for a nice zing!
