Blended with black pepper, roasted minced garlic, onion, shallots, coarse sea salt, oregano, red pepper and ancho chili flakes, our Texas Style Garlic Rub was inspired to encompass the grandeur of the famous Texas Steakhouses and highlight not only the better cuts but also the less expensive cuts of beef giving them slightly more attention. The incredible texture and the variety of flavors in this rub seals the deal making this a must have for nights out with the grill. This is a wonderful rub to use on anything from ribs and chicken to salmon and seafood. Sprinkle on top of hamburger meat prior to cooking for wonderful flavor and slight crunch. Sprinkle on vegetables, in salads, soups...let your imagination be your guide. Mix with butter, olive oil, honey or yogurt to make a paste to marinate meat. Mix with butter to make corn on the cob come alive!
Use approx. 2 Tbsp. for 1 lb. of meat / 1 Tbsp. for chicken & pork / 1/2 Tbsp. for fish.
