Texas Style Chicken Rub & Seasoning

We had such success with our Texas Style Rub for meat that we had to develop this incredible rub especially for chicken in the Texas Style.
This rub & seasoning will enhance chicken and not overwhelm but it certainly will not lack for taste. We really like the fact that, although we prefer this as a rub, you may use this simply as a seasoning as it can just be sprinkled on the chicken for just a bit of flavor.
This rub isn't just for grilling and can also be used in the smoker, on a rotisserie or even baked in the oven.
Use 1 Tbsp. per pound of chicken. Sprinkle on the chicken then rub the spice blend into the meat thoroughly. Be sure to evenly coat both sides. Once this is done place the chicken in a resealable zip lock bag and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hrs, best if you can leave in for 24 hours. Grill or rotisserie and enjoy!!
