We know we had a winner on our hands. All of our taste testers (even the hard to impress ones) have come back to us with the same feedback, "OH MY GOD! That stuff is amazing!" This smoky rub is laden with garlic, black tea and our secret blend of spices. Its terrific on steaks, burgers and rubs and makes one killer tri-tip. Directions: Pat meat dry with paper towels and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle rub evenly over all sides of meat. A heavy, even coating ensures a nice crust and sealed juices. Once rubbed, set aside to marinate 30-60 minutes. Refrigerate, if needed, to marinate longer.
