Seattle Style Seafood Seasoning Grande

The Pacific Northwest, in particular the Seattle area, has long been recognized for its' wonderful shell fish and fish, especially salmon.
As a result of this abundance of wonderful seafood we have found that the seasonings used in these areas are some of the finest available.
In capturing these flavors we have combined ingredients such as Roasted Garlic, Minced Onion, Paprika, Black Pepper, Dill, Celery Seed, Parsley, Sea Salt & Lemon Peel resulting in this wonderful compliment to use in preparing your favorite seafood dish.
Idea: Pour a little Garlic Festival Garlic Oil or butter combined with this seasoning lightly over fish before cooking. Also sprinkle over steamed vegetables.
Use 1-2 Teaspoons per 1 lb. of seafood. We suggest you sprinkle about 1/2 of the amount before you bake, grill or roast and then add the remaining half as you let it rest before serving.
