Our delicious garlic & cilantro white balsamic vinegar is a tasty treat that features a a complex, medium sweet flavor with a smooth texture and a slightly thicker consistency than other counterparts. White Trebbiano grapes from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy are carefully cultivated in creating this delicate delight. Ideal for lighter colored glazes & sauces. Simply drizzle over fresh fruit, use in sauces, marinades, or use as a salad dressing.
Ingredients: 25 Star White Balsamic Vinegar, Italian White Wine Vinegar from Trebbiano Grapes, Garlic, Cilantro Oil, Concentrated Grape Must (a freshly pressed grape juice used as a sweetener).
