Smoked Pork Chops, Baked with Jiffy BBQ Sauce - ingredients - 6 smoked pork
chops - directions - Sauté celery, onion and sweet green pepper in butter, and mix with corn and egg. Brown chops lightly in oil, drain and arrange in a casserole dish. Cover with the corn mixture and pour on the BBQ sauce, (below), all over. Bake covered at 350 for one hour. Remove cover during the last 10 minutes.
